The fine print (stated up front)

  • The upload bonus is shared — not guaranteed bandwidth, and it varies with line load. The speed printed on your plan is guaranteed.
  • Lines with the bonus are excluded from discount coupons, because you already receive extra bandwidth. Points still apply.
  • Points expire 12 months after they are earned. We remind you before they do.
  • Coupon discounts are capped by amount ($50 – $200 depending on tenure and size).
  • The number of speed passes issued at once is limited by available line capacity.
  • Review points: once per site per 90 days, up to 30 pts a year, paid after we check the post.
